I'm also getting this bug on game ID 10636 Pixel vs BananaCommando Dark Disputed. I may be using a older beta version (the info screen says Beta Release 19/04/2010 on Mac OSX 10.5.8) so it might have been fixed already. Minor Bug: Mission text overlap on Markov Geist map.

In between missions in the new SP beta I'm getting overlapping mission location text on the Markov Geist overview map (this is the Mac version). Generally, this minor cosmetic issue clears up if I close and relaunch the FS app. I'll see if I can get a screen if it happens again. Best, Your Friendly ...

In the latest update (April 23rd) the Mac version has no user controllable time slider. I hope that this is a temporary change (until bug fixes can be implemented) as having a user adjustable time slider is useful for judging where nade/rocket trails will hit.

I believe that the 3 seconds applies to units either on or over the line though the game type instructions don't specify this as such. Between turns 2 and 3 NeoModulus had his mgs (1 & 3) on the line for over 3 seconds even though they were later killed by a rocket blast. I don't know the specifics ...

I think game -38440 Pixel versus Yokienshi is another game exhibiting this bug?? I Killed all his units. Even if I wasn't defending I had a mg on the line before the end of the game. So perhaps its still an issue in the new version.
