Would it be possible to get an update as to whether or not this is a real bug or if I'm just not understanding something.

I haven't played another turn yet because I thought it might help with debugging it.

Space plays and pauses. Backspace rewinds, but not always. Seems to be a bug there.

Performance sometimes drops significantly

I've got a fairly decent computer (though the graphics card is getting old, but should still be able to handle FS). And usually there are no issues and my FPS will be fine, but sometimes FS will stop to a crawl, with perhaps 3-10 FPS. I've disabled backgrounds. Task Manager shows that it's not CPU b...

Yes, it seems that you're dying for the reason I've explained. And you might have an unrelated UI bug. I'm not saying that my guy shouldn't die, I'm saying that, if he is able to start walking away, he should be able to start ducking. And the only way to make him start ducking, is to create a new w...

Tried that too, same result. Remember that I got my guy to start moving towards the next wp before he died.

Interesting read. I had a similar idea for an RPG I was designing a few years back. However, seeing how FS works, I have to say that a sub-tile grid would offer no immediate benefit IMHO.
