Registration server?

Bought the Frozen Synapse bundle that included Determinance, and while it is seems to be a fun game, there's just one slight problem; it won't let me use my registration code. I've double-checked that Windows Firewall has an exception for the program, and even temporarily disabled the firewall altogether, and it will not connect. So is the registration server working?
