AMD Dual-Core fix

If you have an AMD dual-core CPU and find Determinance laggy, this should fix it:

It's not a fix for me. Even after downloading and installing it, I can't run determinance properly without the affinity shortcut.

JaguarUSF said he had the same trouble with his NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS card but not his old ATI card. I have a Nvidia 7600 GT. Perhaps it's an interaction of dual core + certain models of video cards? I wonder how many people with AMD dual core have no problems.
