Galaxy Tab - Tutorials Do Not Show

I have an Galaxy Tab 10 android Tablet,the original Galaxy tab 10.
The game appears to start but when I try to select a tutorial a short music clip plays but nothing shows.
The game appears to start but I can not tell if it works correctly as I do not know how it works yet.

Is there a codec or something need to install to see the tutorials?

Any help will be appreciated.

I have exactly this issue as well: Galaxy Tab 10.1 (v1, GT-P7510), Android 4.0.4, installed Frozen Synapse after a factory reset. The game loads and appears to play, but the tutorial videos are all blank. Nothing I've tried fixes the problem.

Given the complexity of the game -- and the paucity of any comprehensive offline manuals -- being able to watch these tutorials would be invaluable to enjoying the game.

Has there been any progress on resolving this issue?
