Now on discussion of the rules...
5) One of your units can only stay stationary for a maximum of one turn (5 seconds). He can walk around the room, but he cannot camp one corner type deal.


I think this rule is silly. While the intention is good, I think it's screaming for someone to find loopholes around. I can imagine someone strafe patrolling back and forth between two points on 4.5 second timers. It's practically the same thing as staying put.
While camping is camping is camping, I don't think there should be any rules that actively work against it; It's not like draws did people much good anyhow.

Of all of the skilled opponents I've played, camping was not a big part of the match. Successful players already know how to deal with campers.

I think a rocket guy can play havoc with a campers sensibilities ;)
Any possibility of enforcing a rocket man in every match? (or a grenade)

I'm up for the tournament as long as the "staying still" rule is cancelled or significantly altered.

As it is, on open maps with snipers, most of the time you're a fool to move the sniper. They do area denial very well, forcing your opponent in to cover where you can get them with grenades, shotguns etc. Camping is not a major issue, it can be resolved by scouting people out with Continue on Sight. If you know were they are and know that they're not going to move, they've lost
