In case anybody still visits this forum, I've just released the modding tools I wrote for Frozen synapse.
They include a simple client for the game server, an incomplete parser for .enc files and a custom DSO decompiler capable of retrieving most of the game's source code.
Please don't use them to cheat in multiplayer!
I haven't been able to reverse the second part of .enc files (which contain map information, unit position and likely waypoints too). All the relevant information is probably located in
but I haven't had the time to reverse it yet.
