Documentation on custom game options?
I'm wondering if there's any text files anywhere or a manual that explains the options available in custom game. Most are self-explanatory, but some are rather cryptic (example: N AI defenders who will go 0 or what's the difference between player can be knocked out and blocks knock out players). Thanks for any assistance.

I'm afraid there isn't a comprehensive doc - I can answer individual questions in here.
" N AI defenders who will go 0": O there stands for Offense and this is a small AI setting which says how many of the AI team will attempt to be aggressive to try to capitalize on a turnover.
"blocks knock out players" - all blocks will knock a player out for the duration of the play.
"player can be knocked out" - is paired with the one below it to set a threshold of block time which will knock a player out for the whole play.
