No orders but still stunned

Game 17879: Jythier vs TheParthenon, the end of turn 2:

The bot Katrina has no orders but is stunned by stillness J. Barret at the end of turn 2 because of chasing the ball. This shouldn't happen.

Please fix this. I can reproduce this glitch.

If the bot has no order and he start chasing the carrier then he should receive a temporary immunity till he is return to initial position.
