There are 4 "buy now" buttons (with optional steam keys) for various versions of the game with optional extras, and a 5th button for the $1 "pay to lose" DLC (yes, that's actually a thing).

Release date was feb last year. These forums have been dead for a while (since before my registration on them), but the Steam forum still has some activity, and as a new player, I've been able to find a good few matches without really doing anything more than playing while logged into the server.

Unless it went down in the past 2 hours, it's definitely still running. I had 2 games in progress then.
